We’re looking for an experienced QA Lead to ensure the highest quality standards across our client products. If you’re passionate about gaming and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure top performance
- Conduct and oversee testing processes, from manual (functional, UI/UX, integration, regression) to automation initiatives
- Maintain high-quality standards across games and web platforms
- Create and manage test plans, cases, and checklists
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve bugs with cross-functional teams
- Implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and testing workflows
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to deliver seamless products

What you bring
- 5+ years as a QA engineer, including experience with games and websites
- 1+ years of leading and managing experience
- Familiarity with STP and STD, plus hands-on experience with tools like TestRail, Jira, or similar platforms
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach
- Hybrid work setup: 4 days in Warsaw office, 1 day remotely
- Fluent in Polish and English

- Experience with automation testing tools and methodologies
- Passion for gaming and an understanding of the industry
