About_ 

You will be fully integrated into our client’s remote engineering team operations and dynamics.

Product: E-commerce (search engine with millions of products used by 50 million users across 12 countries) 

Responsibilities_

• Build and maintain scalable features by contributing to the codebase on a daily basis
• Support a TDD culture in the team by aiming at a very high coverage
• You enjoy mentoring other developers by sharing your knowledge, pairing with them and doing regular code reviews 
• Develop APIs

What you bring_

• 5+ years of experience working with backend development with PHP
• Solid experience with MySQL
• Experience in building microservices, ideally deployed in Docker containers on Kubernetes 
• Solid computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design patterns)
• Good communication skills, spoken and written English
• A hands-on, can-do attitude
