Who are we
looking for?

We are mainly searching for senior/expert developers (as well as some juniors) who have broad work experience, a great work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and the ambition to grow individually and as a team. During the recruitment process, we make sure that opportunities match developers’ aspirations. Most of our openings are remote positions, which gives programmers a certain degree of flexibility, but also requires them to be motivated self-starters with good communication skills. The companies are located all over Europe, so fluency in English is a must.
