Product: A crypto-gaming platform combining blockchain and gaming.
The role focuses on analyzing data stored in ClickHouse, developing insightful visualizations in Power BI, and driving strategic decision-making. If you're passionate about data, analytics, and business strategy, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets from ClickHouse to uncover trends and insights
- Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
- Solve data-related problems and suggest improvements
- Use statistical methods to forecast trends and support decisions
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency with quality check
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights
- Automate data workflows to save time and improve efficiency

What you bring
- Strong experience Power BI and relational databases (ClickHouse)
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets
- Strong foundation in statistics, data analysis, and modeling
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Understanding of business operations and ability to align data insights with strategic goals
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup in Warsaw
- Excellent English language skills
