About
We’re looking for a Senior AI-Native Engineer to help shape the future of AI-augmented software development. This is not about simply using AI tools—it’s about rethinking how engineering is done. You’ll play a key role in building an environment where human creativity is amplified by AI, and where entire workflows—from planning and design to coding and deployment—are redefined.
You’ll be joining an organization with around 100 engineers, where your work will have a direct impact on how teams collaborate with AI at scale.

Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI-augmented practices across engineering teams
- Implement AI-first approaches in architecture, coding, testing, and deployment
- Leverage LLMs and AI tools to amplify personal productivity and help teammates do the same.
- Mentor and support engineers in transitioning to AI-enhanced workflows
- Balance innovation with delivery by exploring new AI-driven methods while ensuring real-world results

What you bring
- Senior-level engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
- Deep, hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama, or other large language models)
- Strong hands-on expertise with Python and TypeScript.
- Experience integrating AI agents and automation into engineering pipelines.
- Strong technical reasoning skills and the ability to architect systems that combine human creativity with AI capabilities.
- Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
- Passion for mentoring and helping other engineers adopt AI-augmented practice
- Fluent English
