We are looking for a senior developer who is driven by ownership, real impact, and meaningful work. In this role, you will help shape and evolve the company’s core ERP platform that supports life-saving projects across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Take technical ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system
- Design, develop, and maintain AL extensions with focus on performance and upgradeability
- Lead the handover from an external development agency and manage knowledge transfer
- Translate complex business processes into clean ERP solutions
- Challenge unnecessary customizations and protect system stability
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, operations, and management
- Improve documentation, testing, code quality, and release processes
- Act as a technical sparring partner for product and leadership decisions

What you bring
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL)
- Solid understanding of ERP concepts (finance, items, projects, permissions, posting routines)
- Experience with extensions, event subscribers, upgrades and integrations
- Pragmatic mindset with focus on long-term system
- High standards for code quality and maintainability
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity, persistence, and willingness to learn
- Fluent English for daily work in an international environment
- Experience working in-house is a strong plus
