We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team!

You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey for both clients and candidates. Working hand-in-hand with our Sales Team, you’ll align recruitment efforts with business needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience. 

Hybrid work at the Warsaw office.

Responsibilities

  • Search for the best candidates from the market (using search, your own network and your ideas)
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Actively acquire new clients and projects by identifying potential business opportunities and building long-term partnerships
  • Conduct structured screenings and interviews to identify the best-fit candidates for each role
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates at every stage
  • Partner with the Sales Team to align recruitment strategies with business goals
  • Stay organized and maintain accurate records in our ATS

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in independently managing end-to-end IT recruitment projects
  • Experience in 360 recruitment, with a client acquisition
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on professionalism and trust.
  • Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends in the tech job market
  • Creativity and a dynamic mindset, bringing fresh ideas and energy to recruitment processes
  • Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools for sourcing and process management
  • Excellent English skills, enabling clear and effective communication
