Solution Architect

About

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join the team, working with top-tier US clients in industries like FinTech, SportsTech, and MedTech.

Tech stack includes React, Node.js, and TypeScript, and we work with both well-established scale-ups and early-stage startups.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture work on client projects, focusing on solution design and delivery.
• Shape strategic technology decisions and guide architectural direction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CTOs and CEOs, leading reviews and planning sessions.
• Collaborate on new system designs, modernization, and cloud migration.
• Define cloud infrastructure and system architecture for scalability and cost efficiency.
• Document decisions clearly for long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to PoCs and foundational infrastructure work.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge, introducing new technologies like Generative AI.

What you bring

• 5+ years of programming background in at least one modern language (e.g. Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET)
• At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing cloud solutions, preferably with AWS, and hands-on knowledge of services like security and IaC (Terraform).
• Strong background in system design, distributed architectures, and DevOps practices such as CI/CD, observability, and automation.
• Experience transforming monolithic systems to cloud-native architectures using containers, APIs, and serverless patterns.
• Ability to lead architectural assessments and align with cost, performance, availability, and security goals.
• Experience with Big Data or AI/ML technologies (e.g., data pipelines, model serving, GenAI) is a strong plus
• Curious about new tech and passionate about evaluating and applying innovations like Generative AI, platform engineering, or AI-assisted development

• Fluent in English and Polish (C1 level).
• Experience working with external clients (including C-level executives) and building strong relationships.
