About

You will be fully integrated into our client’s remote engineering team operations and dynamics.

Product: SaaS platform dedicated to fighting financial crime

You will play a key role in implementing and integrating advanced compliance and fraud prevention solutions. This position combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and requires fluency in German to collaborate effectively with client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Configure, customize, and deploy solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
• Deliver training sessions and create documentation to enable client teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for implementation-related topics.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Development, Customer Success) to improve solutions and client experience.

What you bring

• 6+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Implementation, or Solution Architecture.
• Background in the banking or financial industry.
• Ability to structure complex integration challenges, build productive relationships and “sell” to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and excel in dynamic environments.
• Experience with compliance, AML, or fraud prevention solutions is a plus.
• Fluent German and strong English required.
